STUDENT’S NIGHT 2023 PROGRAM

EMCEES’ SCRIPT
REGINE: High school life is a roller coaster ride. It is the period of exploring the
unknown, a time of shaping one’s true identity and the stage of building bonds
and friendships. This evening, another milestone is about to unfold in your lives
as you take part in one of the most waited moment in your life, the Junior and
Senior Night!
ALYSSA: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the magical land of
Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses, Fairies, Knights, and the like. Where
your dreams do come true and your thoughts come to life. This must be another
once-upon-a-time in the storybook of our dearest institution wherein we bring
reality to our every dream.
Both: Let our fancies fill the magical wonders of our hearts! Juniors and Seniors,
welcome to the Kingdom Hall!

ALYSSA: And… that wraps up the “Walk of Fame”. You guys are so hip and
fabulous.
REGINE: And to formally commence this event, please rise and feel a few
moments of solemnity for an invocation to be led by Ms. Kristene Diane A. Agno,
municipal teacher.
ALYSSA: Please remain standing and imbibe among ourselves the virtue of
nationalism and patriotism through the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem.
REGINE: You may now be seated.
REGINE: This occasion will not be complete without someone who welcomes the
Guests and Attendees of such, to finally make a point, Ladies and Gentlemen, we
now call in Mrs. Mylene B. Bathan, our school’s principal, for her WELCOME
ADDRESS.
REGINE: Thank you, Mrs. Bathan for those heart-warming words of welcome
which added balance to the lightness of the present atmosphere, as we enjoy the
night here.
ALYSSA: At this moment in time, let me here a message from our ever so
dashing, SB member in charge of Education, Hon. Marius Ian C. Sangalang.
Applause please.
ALYSSA: Thank you so much, Hon. Marius Ian Sangalang for a very inspiring
message for our students.
REGINE: And now, let us hear another message, this time from our fabulous
Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Ma. Aurea V. Segunial. Let us give her a round of
applause.
REGINE: Indeed, this is a time of joy for our students and you guys deserve this
kind of event, after all the days and nights of studying. Once again, thank you so
much Hon. Maria Aurea Segunial.
ALYSSA: This event will not be complete without hearing the message of our
very fine, and spirited, Hon. Mayor Norberto A. Segunial Jr. A round of applause
please.
ALYSSA: Thank you so much our dear Mayor for your welcoming message. At
this juncture, let me call up here for his message of inspiration, our dazzling and
ever so dearest district supervisor, Mr. Antonio Ilagan.

REGINE: Before we hear another message from our dazzling Barangay Captains,
I would like to ask my partner about your thoughts in this kind of celebration.
ALYSSA: Seeing our students as well as our faculty members wearing suits and
gowns and not their usual uniforms is such a refreshing sight, isn’t it? And I bet
they are all excited to have a dance with their crushes and to party.
REGINE: Indeed, you guys are all handsome gentlemen and beautiful young
ladies tonight. For sure all of you have spent time, treasure and energy for this
wonderful event and it is nice seeing you all dressed up, and fabulous.

GREETINGS OF LOVE
ALYSSA: I am really excited to introduce our guests tonight because I can see
that they really take their time to prepare themselves and to look gutsby and
bold for this evening.
REGINE: Now, to greet us for our very special event, may I call up here on stage,
he is so elegant tonight, the Barangay Captain of Pacifico, Hon. Rozaldy M.
Ojeda.
REGINE: Thank you so much, Mr. Ojeda for your message.
ALYSSA: Tonight, let us hear a message from this dashing barangay captain of
Sampa, Hon. Leomar Arellano. Let us give him a round of applause.
ALYSSA: Thank you Mr. Arellano for your message.
REGINE: Of course, this night will not be complete without hearing a message
coming from the good-looking Barangay captain of Barangay San Antonio, Hon.
Alfredo R. Garcia Jr. Let us give him a round of applause.
REGINE: Thank you Mr. Garcia for your heart warming words.
ALYSSA: Now, I am very much excited to call up here on stage this particular
person, because she really looks elegant and classy tonight. Please welcome, our
ever supportive PTA President, Mrs. Ruby D. Villostas.
ALYSSA: Thank you so much, Mrs. Villostas for your message.

REGINE: At this juncture, our teachers are already eyeing the possible Royalties
of Student’s Night 2023. So, I am encouraging everyone to always wear your
smile and confidence, cause why not?

ALYSSA: That’s right Ms. Regine, on the latter part of this event, we will be
crowning our King and Queens, Prince and Princess, Face of the Night and
there’s so much more. So, my beautiful ladies and dazzling gentlemen out there,
it’s your time to shine.

REGINE: Here are the mechanics and criteria as these teachers voted for their
Royalties. (Read mechanics and criteria).
1. In order to be eligible for the Royalties of 2023, the student must be enrolled
as a full time student at SPIS.
2. The student must be a member of Grade 7-11 Class of 2022-2023.
3. The student must have no suspensions before or during the school year.
4. The student must possess good reputation such as:
a. Involvement in school activities and organizations
b. academic pursuits, interests, and achievements
c. demonstration of leadership skills and abilities
d. service to the community
e. respect and courtesy for teachers and staff
f. enthusiasm and sincerity
g. good relationship with classmates and other students

ALYSSA: Good luck everyone, later let’s find out who will be the crowned
royalties for tonight.
Regine: At this moment, we will go to one of the highlights of this event, the
dance presentation of each grade level. To introduce to us our judges, let me call
on Mrs. Jovelyn De Ocampo.

ALYSSA: Thank you, and now, one of the highlights of this event is about to
unfold. Selected students from Grade 7-11 levels will be presenting a
choreographed dance that they have practiced to perfection. Folks, a huge warm
applause as they conquer our dance floor.

Alyssa: All of the groups really performed well. The grooves and the vibes are
really the highlight of tonight’s event. I know you guys are now ready to hear the
winners of this dance performances. Before we proceed to the announcement,
let me give this certificate to our judges who made their time available tonight.
May I call up here on stage, Mr. Antonio Ilagan, our PSDS, Mrs. Mylene Bathan,
our school principal, and the rest of the highschool and senior highschool
teachers to award the certificates.

Regine: Let me read to you the content of the certificate. (blah blah blah)

Regine: Thank you so much, our dear principal, and members of the faculty for
your overwhelming support.

It’s time. I know, you guys are all excited as we are about to announce the

Alyssa: At this juncture, let us welcome Mrs. Gregoria Maricel Andal for her
closing remarks. Let us give her a round of applause.

Alyssa: This is the end of the first part of our program. I am advising every
outsiders, parents and guardians to leave the premises because the next part of
our program is solely for our students only. Thank you very much.

Regine: At this point in time, I am very sure that all of you are excited to devour
those splendid foods to be served to us. Each students will be given snacks, so
please enjoy.

Alyssa: Good evening once again! Is the food great? Still craving for another
serving? Seemingly, everyone enjoys taking their snacks, so as to be all-set for
the next part of the program.
Regine: For the next part of tonight’s event, let us all witness the talents of our
students in impersonation and lip synching.

Alyssa: Wow, the talent and the charisma are just overflowing right, Ms. Regine?
Regine: Indeed Ms. Alyssa, the students here in SPIS are very brilliant and
capable. This night, they prove to us that they can do just anything. What a great
performance.

No one is stopping us now from knowing who will win the deserved spot for

With this, we would like to call in ___________________to hand over the awards to
the winners.
As customary, the winners will grace the dance and socialization by being the
first dances of the floor. Let us witness them for their ROYAL DANCE. Let’s give
them a round of applause.
