3 Requirements for component cleanliness classification

1 Scope and purpose

This standard M 3576-2 applies in addition to the basic standard M 3576-1, which applies in full.
The purpose of this standard is the specific assignment of the minimum requirements for component
cleanliness classification in accordance with Table 1. These requirements must be specified
correspondingly on drawings and/or in requirements specifications.

2 Release and supply conditions

All parts of the standard series MAN 239 apply. The specific release conditions and processes as well as
the general terms of delivery for purchased parts are described and defined in the standard series
MAN 239.
