Mumbai 400093, (hereinafter referred to as the said Tenement) was Originally Allotted to
(3) MR. NORBERT LOBO & MR. FRANCIS LOBO sold to MR.BHASKAR
LAXMAN REDEKAR
I say that I have applied to Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board/Mhada for
transfer/regularization of the above said tenement to my name and submitted all documents to
Mhada Office.
I hereby declare that if in future the original tenant or his legal heirs, any person(s) and/or
party (parties) or any other legal heirs prove their claim for the said tenement in any
competent court, I will the responsible for the same. IF the legal heirs/any person come
before the Mumbai Board I will be liable for full consequences and tenement regularization
shall be cancelled.
I hereby undertake to indemnify the Mumbai Housing and Area Development
Boardauthorities, against any adverse claim by any person on my behalf against hte above
said tenement.
Ima making this Undertaking for the purpose of submission before the Mumbai Housing and
Area Development Board / Mhada authorities with a request to transfer / regularize the above
information and documents submittedby me, are found to be false and fabricated and or

Road Goriya Creek Baorvali West Mubai Maharashtra 40092- to take all necessary actions and make
all decisions regarding sale of a plot no. 11-E of Hoskote Industrial Area situated in Sy. NO. 85 of
chokkahally village ,kasaba hobli,banglore Rural district. I authoriser/Executant being the attorney
holder of the said plot which is owned by company M/S Eastern Grace Pvt. Ltd , further authorise
you to sign documents ,take earnest money /Tokan , make and perform any other tasks necessary to
carry out the specific task in my absence to Tahshildar office at District & Taluka, . I hereby confirm
that he will be acting with my full permission with power with my consent, and that i will be
responsible for any actions taken during this period and i understand that you will comply with all
applicable laws and regulations. I will never revoke it till deal complete through by my power
attorney/authorised person and the words a with statement is given by myself it is true and
correct and I am giving this power /authority by consensus mind and not any ones pressure. Hence
this authorization letter with power attorney is accordingly executed by me on dated 20-04-2024
