We certify that these goods and parts, related software & technology, or services supplied by RHME will not be re-
sold or re-exported or otherwise disposed of contrary to any applicable export law or regulation, including
European Union or United States regulation.

Furthermore, we certify that the goods and parts, related software & technology, or services supplied by RHME
will not be supplied in any way, directly or indirectly via a third party, to any embargoed country under the
regulations of the United Nations, European Union or United States.

We certify that we will not export, re-export of re-sell any of these goods and parts or related software &
technology to parties who are listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), or parties of who we know
or have reason to know that they will violate these regulations.

Certification:
 I am authorized to legally bind the company and I understand that the exported goods and parts –
including related software and technology - cannot be transferred, transshipped or otherwise disposed of
in any matter than specified in this statement and without prior written approval of the applicable
government (licenses);
 I hereby certify that if the above mentioned products and parts or services are to be re-exported to third
parties we will require an identical end use(r) statement from our customer;
 products will not be used for any activities related to nuclear explosives, reactors, fuel fabrication,
conversion, storage, and fuel cycles, for a rocket system or unmanned aerial vehicle project, for design,
development, production, stockpiling, or use of chemical or biological weapons and for any military
purpose in the UN arms embargoes will enhance the effect of the declaration.
