WELCOME!!!
Here are some important information -all you need to know- for the apartment.
•The Internet name is CYTACF78 and the password is ZTEEF4AF4902605
•The water is fully drinkable from the tap/pipe.
•WINTER: The heating, is centrally turning on and off for the whole building. So if they don't use
it a lot or if you feel more cold, you can turn on the aircondition machines for warm, with just
pressing the "on" button. Please feel free to use them as much as you want!!!
SUMMER: If you feel hot, all rooms have air condition machines. Please feel free to use them,
with just pressing the start button. JUST REMEMBER PLEASE TO TURN THEM OFF WHEN YOU
LEAVE THE APARTMENT!!! NOT ONLY FOR ENERGY SAVING REASON BUT ALSO BECAUSE THE
WHOLE CITY CENTER HAS ENERGY PROBLEMS DURING SUMMER BECAUSE OF THE TOO
MANY MACHINES AND THEY DO SOME BREAKS. IF YOU HAVE THEM ON DURING A BREAK,
THEN SOMETHING WILL BE BURNED AND YOU WONT HAVE ENERGY FOR A DAY.
• If you are interested in using the laundry machine, please feel free to use it! I have put some
stickers on it with the basic instructions and it's very simple but if you need further assistance,
please let us know and we will be happy to do it. Its only washer (not dryer) so in order to get
dry, please put them in the dryer board in the balcony.
•Please notice that in order to have HOT water for having a shower/bath, you should turn up the
electric switcher for 40-45 minutes before you want to have a bath. The switcher is in the
electric board in the corridor and it writes HOT WATER below it (me or Nikos will show it to you
as well.) Please once you done with the bath/shower, turn down (down is off).
·Please don't Throw any papers/toilet papers/rubbish in the toilet!!! Please use the disposal
bins!
If you want to throw away the rubbish, please note that we don't recycle and you can put
everything all together and just directly outside of the apartment,right and straight ahead, in
the opposite pedestrian street on your left hand, you will find some big grey/blue or green
huge disposal bins. You can throw everything there (those bins are public and everyone can
uses them).
For whatever else you may need, please don't hesitate to contact us anytime! We will be glad

House Rules
- No smoking inside the apartment- Some pets may allowed but ONLY with special
arrangement about it in advance (!) and also, with an extra charge/cost for the extra dry and
hypo-allergic cleaning which is mandatory for next guests arrival-No parties or events Check-in
is anytime after 3pm Check out by 11AM Self check-in with lockbox - To oblige with local
regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home
address should be provided. - Please confirm number of guests to make sure bed linens are
provided for extra persons. - Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and
should be added in your reservation. - Baby crib could be provided upon request. - 24h check-
in option is available for free and you will collecting keys from a lock-box near the building's
entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of us, please note that you should
inform us in advance about it, because we live and work far away so we have to make special
arrangements about it.
