About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models
to solve complex problems, drive innovation, and support business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intelligent solutions
that integrate seamlessly into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Research, design, implement, and optimize machine
learning models for specific use cases such as predictive analytics, NLP,
computer vision, and recommender systems.
Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract
meaningful insights and ensure data quality for model training.
Algorithm Innovation: Develop and implement new AI/ML algorithms or enhance
existing ones to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Deployment: Build and deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments
using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and software
developers to integrate AI capabilities into products and ensure alignment with
business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor model performance and accuracy
post-deployment, iterating to address challenges and refine models as needed.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms,
and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Stay Updated: Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and research in AI and
machine learning to keep solutions cutting-edge.

Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar
languages.
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI models at
scale.
Knowledge of big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
Familiarity with tools for MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration
(Kubernetes).

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or
related fields.
Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google ML Engineer, AWS ML Specialist) are
advantageous.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
