COMPULSORY TEACHING PREPARATION (Planning)


All teachers MUST produce evidence of planning for each week/` of the term.
This planning document will be accepted as evidence of planning, PROVIDED all relevant information as stipulated below, is entered in the
relevant columns.

Note: the informal and formal assessment done in class must be reflected in this planning.

HOW TO USE THE PLANNING DOCUMENT


This planning document is an official WORKING DOCUMENT and must be available during school visits and moderation to
monitor teaching & learning progress.
 The Gr. 12 Revised Section 4 of the CAPS and the 2023/2024 ATP documents was used to develop a weekly planning for the term.
 Enter the resources to be used for each topic in the column provided e.g., textbook page numbers, websites etc.
 Enter the informal assessment and or formal assessment in the relevant column provided, e.g., class quiz, games, short tests, drawing
concept maps, class competitions, working through previous examination question papers
 Once the content has been completed, tick off and sign that the work has been completed in the Date completed column.
