Bidder Manual
Bidders are requested to go through this user manual for easy bidding during the auction

Step 1: Open website https://mda.procure247.com and download the booklet of Residential


and Non-Residential as per their requirement.

Step 2 – Now click on “Bidder Registration” and fill the required information to complete the
registration process. As mentioned in below mentioned image.

Step 3 - After Registration bidders are request to click on "Login" and enter their user id and password given at the
time of bidder registration.

Step 4 – After Login please click on Payment Dashboard.

1. After click on payment Dashboard first Pay “RAGISTRATION FEES (click on Pay “RAGISTRATION
FEES” ( Bidder have click on pay –After That they will get the option to Generate challan or Pay
through Online Mode ( Credit /Debit card /Net Banking ))

5. Bidders need to click on pay the option – and select the mode of payment like challan or online
payment (Credit/ Debit Card / Net Banking)
On click of Online Payment – Bidder will get the option of Cards and Net Banking to pay the charges

Copy of Challan for RAGISTRATION FEES: Bidder will receive copie of challan which they need to take
themselves to the bank and pay the amount,
Now, after paying of RAGISTRATION fees on the same page click “EMD” to pay the security deposit EMD) to
participate in Auction.

NOTE 1- Payment process for EMD will remain same as the payment process of Document Fees.
On click of Online Payment – Bidder will get the option of Cards and Net Banking to pay the charges

Copy of Challan for EMD FEES: Bidder will receive copie of challan which they need to take themselves to the
bank and pay the amount,
View of Auction/Bidding Hall

Above is the view of Bidding Hall – wherein bidder can be able to check the reserve price of the property.

Options to check in Bidding Hall is as below :-

 Reserve Price of the Property –


 Next Bid Price to be Rank 1
 Increment Price during Auction Period
 Extension on last minute bid received
 Description of the property
 Area of the property
 Rank of Bidder
 Time Left

To Place any bid, bidders have to select the number of increment they would like to propose for their
selected property and click to submit to place their bid
Example: In Above screen the Reserve price is – Rs. 25740/- and Increment Price is Rs. 257/-
If bidder selects 1, 2, 3 or 4 from the increment options. System will multiply the selection with Increment Price
and reflect the result to H1 Bid Price.

i.e Rs Increment Price: Rs 257/- X Increment: 2 = 514/

Total = Reserve Price: 25740/- + 514/- = 26254/- (H1 Bid Price)


On click of “Submit” button system will ask bidders to verify is they would like to placed their bid with
selected increment number or not

On successful bid submission bidder can check their Rank and H1 Price:-
In order to check the result and continue bidding -bidder has to be online till the time auction time get over.

Unlimited Auto extension of 10(ten) minutes will be applicable in case of last minute bid receives

For Example Auction Time is 11:00AM to 02:00 PM is the scheduled time of auction. But if any bidder bids at
01:50 PM system will add 10 minutes extension to the bidding time.
