• Reference Data Management

- Creation and maintenance of the client’s (ITG/Virtu) Global Security Master database with over
2 billion securities.
- Ensure the team updates IPO’s, Funds, Rights issues, Stock Identifier changes and other Corporate
Actions before the daily cut-off time for different regions.
- Pull the daily raw files from the source using SQL and check for any incomplete or incorrect data.
- Reference Data Acquisition from various Data vendors like Stock Exchanges, Bloomberg, Thomson
Reuters.
- Reference Data Validation by cross referencing the data file sent by the source with other vendors
and fixing the data exceptions if any.
- Creating the final Reference Data file required for the clients and products.
- Coverage of voluntary & mandatory corporate actions and reference data changes of 60 countries
across the globe.
- Work on the data quality and ensure 100% quality and accuracy of data is achieved before being
released tothe clients.
- Ensuring the team completes day to day corporate actions as per the agreed service level agreements.
