EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of [25/11/2024], by and between:

("Employee")

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is a federal law enforcement agency under the
jurisdiction of San Andreas Department of Justice, dedicated to upholding and enforcing federal laws
and ensuring national security; and

WHEREAS, the Employee, a San Andreas citizen, desires to be employed by the FBI and agrees to
adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, and

WHEREAS, the FBI desires to hire the Employee under the terms and conditions detailed herein.

AGREEMENT

In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations contained herein, the parties agree as
follows:

ARTICLE 1: POSITION AND DUTIES

1.1 Role and Title: The Employee will be employed as a [trainee] for the FBI, effective [25/11/2024].

1.2 Job Responsibilities: The Employee agrees to perform the duties of their role, which may include
but are not limited to:

 Investigative Duties: Conducting federal investigations, collecting evidence, interviewing


witnesses, and identifying criminal activity.

 Surveillance and Intelligence Gathering: Engaging in surveillance operations, both physical


and electronic, to support federal investigations.

 Analysis and Reporting: Analysing intelligence data, preparing reports, and submitting
findings to senior officials.

 Collaboration: Collaborating with other federal agencies, law enforcement, and intelligence
services on joint missions.

 Security Clearance: Maintaining an active security clearance and adhering to the


confidentiality requirements of classified materials.
1.3 Adherence to Policies: The Employee agrees to follow all FBI policies, procedures, and directives,
including those related to security, ethics, operational standards, and reporting obligations.

ARTICLE 2: TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

2.1 Duration: The Employee’s employment under this Contract is for an indefinite term, subject to
termination by either party in accordance with the provisions outlined in Article 10.

2.2 Probationary Period: The first [2days] of employment will constitute a probationary period
during which the Employee’s performance will be reviewed. During this period, either party may
terminate the employment with [3] days' notice without cause.

2.3 Evaluation: After the probationary period, the Employee will undergo an annual performance
evaluation to assess their effectiveness in fulfilling their duties.

ARTICLE 3: WORKING HOURS AND DAYS

3.1 Minimum Working Days: The Employee agrees to work a minimum of 10 full working day. A
"working day" is defined as any day the FBI requires the Employee to perform their duties, including
overtime, and excluding public holidays or scheduled leave.

3.2 Leave of Absence: The Employee may take approved leave (vacation, personal, or sick) in
accordance with FBI policies, subject to advance approval. Unauthorized absences or failure to meet
the 10-day working minimum will trigger penalties outlined in Article 9.

3.3 Overtime and Extended Hours: The Employee may be required to work beyond standard hours,
including nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on operational needs. Overtime will be
compensated according to applicable government regulations.

ARTICLE 4: SALARY AND BENEFITS

4.1 Compensation: The Employee will receive an annual salary of $[Amount], payable
bi-weekly/monthly in accordance with the FBI’s payroll procedures. This salary may be subject to
change based on budgetary constraints, federal policies, or performance.

4.2 Bonuses and Incentives: The Employee may be eligible for bonuses or performance-based
incentives, subject to FBI performance review protocols and availability of funds.

4.3 Benefits: The Employee is entitled to the following benefits:

 Health Insurance: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage through the Federal
Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP).

 Retirement Plan: Participation in the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) or other
applicable retirement plans.

 Paid Time Off: Accrual of vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays according to FBI policy.

 Disability and Life Insurance: Eligibility for long-term disability and life insurance through
federal programs.
ARTICLE 5: LEAVE OF ABSENCE AND UNAUTHORIZED LEAVE

5.1 Leave Request: The Employee agrees to submit written requests for leave at least [X] days in
advance unless it is an emergency. Leave will be granted based on operational needs and subject to
approval from the Employee’s supervisor.

5.2 Unauthorized Leave: Any leave not approved in advance, or failure to meet the minimum 10
working days per month, will result in consequences under Article 9.

5.3 Leave Without Pay: Any leave taken without pay (unapproved leave) will be subject to FBI review
and could result in a violation of the terms of this Contract.

ARTICLE 6: PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

6.1 Performance Standards: The Employee is expected to perform all duties with professionalism,
diligence, and competence. Performance will be assessed regularly and annually.

6.2 Failure to Meet Expectations: If the Employee fails to meet job performance standards,
corrective actions may include retraining, suspension, reassignment, or termination.

6.3 Continuous Development: The Employee agrees to participate in ongoing training programs and
professional development courses as required by the FBI.

ARTICLE 7: TERMINATION

7.1 Voluntary Termination: The Employee may resign from the FBI at any time by providing [2/3]
days' written notice to the Employer.

7.2 Involuntary Termination: The Employer may terminate the Employee for cause, including:

 Breach of confidentiality or failure to protect classified information.

 Failure to meet minimum performance standards.

 Engaging in illegal or unethical conduct.

 Violation of FBI policies or federal law.

 FBI should be not liable for any finical error or mischief made by the employee. he /she shall
only liable for that.

7.3 Immediate Termination: The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee
immediately without notice for serious misconduct, as outlined in FBI policy.

ARTICLE 8: NON-COMPETE AND NON-DISCLOSURE

8.1 Non-Compete Agreement: The Employee agrees not to seek or accept employment with another
law enforcement agency, private security firm, or intelligence agency that may be in direct
competition with the FBI for a period of [1/2] days after termination of employment.
8.2 Confidentiality: The Employee agrees to maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the
FBI’s investigations, classified information, and other sensitive operations. A breach of this
confidentiality may result in disciplinary action, including criminal prosecution.

ARTICLE 9: LEAVE VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

9.1 Failure to Meet 10-Day Requirement: If the Employee fails to meet the minimum requirement of
10 working days per month, whether by unauthorized leave or other reasons, the following
penalties will apply:

 Financial Penalty: The Employee will be required to pay a $10,000 fine for each month in
which the minimum requirement is not met without prior authorization.

 Blacklisting: The Employee will be blacklisted from future employment with the FBI for the
entire duration of their career in law enforcement, preventing rehire or future contract
opportunities with the Agency.

9.2 Enforcement: The FBI reserves the right to deduct the financial penalty from the Employee’s final
pay check or seek further legal remedies to recover the amount.

ARTICLE 10: DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND APPEAL

10.1 Violation of Terms: Any violation of the terms and conditions of this Contract, including failure
to meet performance standards, unauthorized leave, or any form of misconduct, will be subject to
disciplinary actions, including suspension, reassignment, or termination.

10.2 Appeal Process: The Employee may appeal any disciplinary action, including termination, by
submitting a formal written appeal to the FBI Human Resources Department within [1/2] days of
notification. The appeal will be reviewed by an independent panel.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 Ownership of Work: The Employee agrees that any inventions, designs, research, or intellectual
property created or discovered in the course of their employment with the FBI is the exclusive
property of the San Andreas government.

11.2 Assignment of Rights: The Employee agrees to assign all rights to intellectual property to the
FBI, including any patents or copyrights.

ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW

12.1 Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the San Andreas and, where
applicable, the laws of the state of [State].

ARTICLE 13: AMENDMENTS


13.1 Modifications: Any modifications or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and
signed by both parties to be effective.

ARTICLE 14: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

14.1 Binding Agreement: This Contract represents the complete and final agreement between the
Employer and the Employee and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or
written, regarding the subject matter.
