We hope this letter finds you well. We request the opening of a specific subject for the
upcoming summer term.

The subject we wish to take is "PE4: Recreational Activities." Unfortunately, due to


unforeseen circumstances, we left this subject behind in our previous academic terms.
Completing this course is now critical for us to graduate on time with our batch mates.

We have thoroughly reviewed our academic plan and have determined that taking this
subject during the summer is the most viable option to stay on track for timely
graduation. This arrangement would allow us to fulfill all necessary requirements without
disrupting our progress in other core subjects during the regular semesters.

While we are aware that this request entails additional administrative efforts and
resources, we are ready to assist in any way possible to facilitate the organization of
this course. We are also confident that other students might be in a similar situation and
could benefit from this opportunity, thus justifying the demand for this course over the
summer.
