● Spearheaded Sales and Operations for US Staff Augmentation and Domestic market (India)
from inception.
● Orchestrated coordination between Business Head, Sales Managers, Account Managers, and
Recruitment Teams.

o Oversee recruiting services, sales, and operations for the market. Develop and

Responsibilities:
● Sourcing and screening qualified candidates, interviewing, identifying talent.
● Search candidates through various sources Includes searching on US job portals like Monster,
Dice, Google, LinkedIn and internal database CBiz (internal ATS) and referrals.
● Database, passive sourcing through internet and free job boards, referrals, networking,
vendors.
● Job postings on free and paid job portals and social networking sites.
● Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs,
language skills and basic qualifications.
● Screening and preparing candidates for interviews, educating the candidate on company
history and explaining Job details.
● Submit candidate to Client.
● Maintaining a complete database in C-Biz one and updating daily activity reports.
