This is with reference to the Notification{Letter lrlo.: HAVHDfRG/202+2slNATS1O1dated 06.05.2024} regarding engagement
of Graduates, Graduates in General Stream and Diploma Trade Apprenticeshipfor a period of one year in Hindustan Aeronautics
Umited, Hyderabad under the Apprentlces Act, 1961. Subsequent to the inftial list of shortlisted candldatet the list of walt listed

Atl provisionally shortlisted candidates are hereby informed to report for Joining Appreraiceship as per the given details
mentioned below and other instructions. The list of shortlisted candidates enclosed at Annexure.l.

Geneml Terms and C,onditiors:
t. Candidates shall produce the following certificates :
a. Medicalfitness certificate from any registered medical practitioner {Blood group shall be mentioned on the certificate).
b. Police verffication certifrcate issued by Local Police Station.

2- Uniform: The candidates are required to have turo s€ts of uniform on their own for the Apprentice training strictly as par
the detaik mentioned below.
a. Eoys: light blue Half sleeves shirt, Navyblue forml trotrser: & Bladt shoes.
b. Girls: light blue Top, Navy blue Salwar and Dupatta (Fomal Punjabi Suitf and Black Shoe.

3. Candidates will be required to have savings accourt in any of the SBI Bank Branches/ Aadhaar DBT enabled Bank account
and have to submit copy offront page of account passbook.
4. Apprentices shall be paid with a Stipend of Rs 8000y'- (Rs. 40m by HAL and Rs. rttX[ by BOAT (Government Ageftryl,
Chennai| for Diploma and Rs 9000/- (Rs. 450O by HAt and Rs. 450O by BoAT{Government Agency}, Chennai) for Graduates
per month during Apprenticeship training as per Apprentice Act 1961 & Rules and Subsequent amendments.
5. Candidates have to carry O5 (six) Passport size photographs and 04 (Four) stamp size photographs.
5. Candidates should not carry any electronics gadgets or bagage to the frctory during the training"
7. lf the candidates fail to report on the mentioned date & time, it will be prezumed that candidate is not interested in
Apprenticeship Training and his/her candidature will be tre*ed as cancelled.
8. HAL will not be under any obligation to provide Employment on completion of the Apprenticeship Training.
9. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for travelling during joining Time/ during Apprenticeship Training-No
accommodation & travelling allowance will be paid by the company. Accommodation is subjected to availability for non-
localcandidates only.
10. lf any candidate has joined/completed apprenticeship in other establishmenl sucA candidates will not be eligible for
apprenticeship training in HAL Hyderahad.
11. All the traines are liable to strictty follow the Rules and Regulations :ssuei by fiC during the period of apprenticeship.
Molation the same may lead to the cancellation of candidature and termination of training.
