OPEN POSITIONS:

FACADE QA/QC ENGINEERS


(Min. 5-10Yrs Experience in Facade Construction)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site quality inspections of materials, installations
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and industry regulations.
Identify and rectify quality issues
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
Assist in site audits and inspections

Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a QC role within the facade industry.
Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and testing procedures.
Familiarity with quality standards and management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

FACADE DESIGNERS
(Min. 5Yrs Experience in Facade Construction)

Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC drawings and the BOQ to prepare accurate shop drawings.
Prepare material take-offs as per the approved materials and shop drawings.
Develop fabrication drawings based on approved materials, shop drawings, and as-built surveys.
Prepare as-built drawings based on installation at the site.
Coordinate with the technical, procurement, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy in fabrication and
installation.

Qualifications and Requirements:


Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in façade design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Knowledge of 3D modelling / Inventor software is an added advantage.
Strong visualization and detailing skills.
Good understanding of façade materials, systems, and manufacturing processes.

LOGISTICS/ STORE MANAGER( FOR SITE & FACTORY)


(Min. 5Yrs Experience in Facade Construction)

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the inventory of materials and tools required for facade projects.
Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing warehouse and logistics operations.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
Track and document stock levels, orders, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and logistics operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management,
preferably in the facade industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management
Familiarity with facade materials and industry requirements
