ON JOB SAFETY

CONTRACTOR SAFETY REQUIREMENT :


 Adhere to the requirements of SAUDI ARAMCO, NEC and
Safety standards and codes at all the times during
construction.

 Comply with the incident reporting requirements of SAUDI


ARAMCO GI 6.007, for On-Job Injuries/Occupational
Illnesses.

 Conduct an incident investigation, including a structural


root cause analysis for an incident resulting in fatality,
serious injury to CONTRACTOR employee(s) or damage to
SAUDI ARAMCO equipment or property.

ON JOB SAFETY
CONTRACTOR SAFETY REQUIREMENT

 Maintain a current record showing all:

- Work injuries/illnesses
- Motor vehicle collisions
- Incidents to Contractor's plant or equipment over
SR 10,000 - Incidents involving damage to SA
equipment and property - Damage and
all incidents involving cranes and heavy equipment
- Fires, explosions, toxic releases
- Near miss incidents

WORK SITE PREPARATION AND HAZARD ANALYSIS:

 Restrict all its WORK activities within the confines of the WORK
Site designated by the Company Representative.

 Erect all necessary safety precautions as per SACSM and


approved HIP.

 Know the emergency plan in place to respond to the work being


performed.

 Evacuation routes
 Location of emergency equipment
 Location of assembly areas

Supply and install isolation wooden barricades and /or warning


tapes and safety lighting around the work site.

 Provide the required personal protective equipment (PPE),


such as safety shoes, hard hats, gloves, goggles and glasses.

 Keep the WORK Site areas clean and free of trash and
materials.

Provide trucks with certified drivers to collect and transport all


demolished, dismantled, disassembled, and unneeded
equipment or materials to Reclamation Facility.

1. Issuer and Receiver initiate work permit.


2. Joint site inspection by Issuer and Receiver.
3. Issuer adds job-specific safety precautions,

5. Issuer and Receiver monitor job site.
6. Issuer and Receiver close work permit.
