Subject: - HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (ANNUAL-I) EXAMINATION 2024 – SUPERVISORY STAFF DUTY

Memo:
I am directed to inform that you have been appointed as INVIGILATOR in the HSSC (Annual-I) Examination, 2024 which is going to
commence on 23rd May 2024 at GOVT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL DALLAN HANGU (COMBINED) C/No. 128

You are requested to reach the Examination Centre ONE day before the commencement of the Examination i.e. 22-05-2024 for
making necessary arrangements.

Please also note that:-


1. The performance of the supervisory duty in board examinations has been made compulsory in the 163rd KPBCC meeting held at
BISE Kohat on 03-03-2018. In case of refusal from duty, E&SE Department will be asked to initiate disciplinary action against
you under E&D rules.
2. No refusal shall be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Regrets/refusal shall, however, be entertained only if your near relative is appearing at any examination center in the above-
mentioned Examination provided that your relation with the candidate is supported by documentary proof.
4. “Near relative” includes Wife, Husband, Son, Daughter, Brother & Sister as per rules of the Board.
5. The candidates should not be allowed to bring Mobile Phone into the Examination Hall.
6. During the exam paper time, the Mobile Phone should be kept off in the Examination Hall.
7. The attendance of supervisory staff must be initialed by the relevant superintendent in Attendance Sheet (supervisory staff
bill), putting P shell not be acceptable.
8. In case of any regrets (Refusal) this duty letter must be brought to BISE Kohat in person.
9. Duty must be performed honestly and sincerely.
10. Nobody is allowed to carry mobile phone into the examination hall except the Superintendent of the examination center as per
decision taken in the KPBCC Meeting otherwise the same will be confiscated.
11. The Board has the mandate to assign duty/cancel duty at any stage.
12. NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS WHILE SUBMITTING TA/DA BILL.
TA/DA bill should be submitted along with the following pre-requisites without which, no bill will be entertained:
(1) Computerized Pay Slip
(2) Duty Offer
(3) CNIC & Account No: with Bank Branch detail.
(4) Uniform Name, Designation and institution in all documents.
(5) Relieving Chit.
