Self-assessment Time management

Value 20 points

Complete this self-assessment at the beginning of the module and after

completing it, develop and present your conclusions on the following points.
After completing your self-assessment, present your conclusions in the space
provided for such purposes.

1. Do you manage your time correctly?

I understand that yes, there are things that I need to improve and also get more
organized, such as documenting and having clear objectives and not just carrying
them out in a factual manner, but I understand that if I manage them correctly.

2. What are your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to time management?

Strengths:
 Delegate tasks for greater effectiveness
 Prioritize tasks according to their level of importance
 Plan the day in advance
 Perform one task at a time
 Eliminate unnecessary tasks
 I am organized in my work area
Weaknesses:
 Allow interruptions
 Not setting goals in writing
 I don't always organize the time of the days
 Poor planning of activities, tasks and meetings

3. Why do you think it is important to manage your time correctly?

I understand that it is important because this is a limited resource (time)

and we must know how to manage ourselves, in order to make the most
of our time, in addition to the fact that correct time management even
contributes to our peace of mind and our stability, because we would
not let ourselves be carried away by the tide, but could navigate through
it.

4. How do you think you can improve your time management?

I understand that a good way to improve time management would first

be to educate ourselves on good time management and then establish
strategies, tactics and the best ways to manage time. Having seen
everything we could learn, the next task would be to put it into practice,
start taking it step by step and try to be patient, since things are not
achieved overnight.
