Instructions to Candidates
Dear Aspirants,
As a part of WeSchool’s ‘Selection Process 2025’, you are required to complete WeSchool’s
Remote Proctoring based Communication Skills Proficiency (CSP) Test, which will be
conducted virtually (online).
Your responses in the CSP Test, and at the Personal Interview stage, together will enable
WeSchool to understand your potential and get to know you better. This would enable
WeSchool in selecting the most appropriate candidates, with an appropriate fit, for
Program(s).
Please Note:
• Only candidates who meet the eligibility and entrance cut-off will be considered for
Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI) and Merit Listing.
• While it is mandatory for you to appear for the CSP Test, to participate in the GDPI
process (subject to being shortlisted), merely participating in the CSP Test does not
indicate that you are shortlisted.

proceed further.
The platform will redirect the candidates to the Module Listing Page where candidates
will be shown with the modules that they need to complete.
Candidates must note down the Test Id for Live Support assistance (if any) and for future
reference.
For the SVAR/Language Proficiency Test, the assessment will begin with a Sample
Question. The purpose of the sample question is to ensure the following:
Candidates should use the sample question to test their microphone settings and ensure
their voice is clear and audible. If any technical issues arise, they are advised to resolve
them before proceeding with the actual test.
In the SVAR module, candidates will receive instructions in the following ways:
1. On-Screen Display: All instructions will be clearly displayed on the screen for reference.
2. Voice Guidance: An instructor will provide additional instructions through voice prompts
to guide candidates throughout the test.
Candidates are advised to pay close attention to both the on-screen and voice instructions
