NOTICE
Attention B. Tech (Electrical) Students

The Major/Minor project report has to be prepared as per the following format.

a) Title Page
b) Certificate/Acknowledgement
c) Table of contents - with page numbers
d) Abstract – one pages this should give the project objective, result and
conclusion in a nut shell
e) Body of the Project Report – Chapter wise with serial numbering of Headings &
Sub headings.
1. Introduction
(Should bring out the motivation & necessity of doing the project)
2. Literature Review
3. Theory and Methodology (can be more than one chapter)
4. Results & Discussion
5. Conclusion & Future work
6. References – in IEEE format (enclosed)

* All chapters should be self contained and the project report should read in continuity.

* All the Figures and Tables should be numbered and should be referred in the body of the
project report/thesis.

* One Copy (Hard bound with Black cover as per the format enclosed for Major Project)
of the project report should be submitted to the Deptt. Office .

*One Copy (spiral bound with light brown cover for Seminar/Minor Project) of the report
should be submitted to the Deptt. Office.

 Each group should be prepared to give 5 minutes power point presentation on the
project and a live demonstration.
