2. The Petition is disposed off in terms of these
Minutes of Order.
3. By consent of parties, Purushottam G. Redekar is
appointed as Sole Arbitrator for resolving the disputes between the parties arising from Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th June 2009 and Supplementary Memorandum of Understanding dated 8th December 2020. The details of the Ld’ Arbitrator are as follows:
4. The parties undertake to inform the Ld' Arbitrator
about the present Order.
5. The Ld' Sole Arbitrator is requested to
communicate his consent and disclosure statement under Section 11(8) r/w Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 within 4 weeks with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and provide copies to the parties.
6. Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on a
date to be fixed by him at his earliest convenience.

7. Fees payable to the Sole Arbitrator will be in
