1. Using the principle of induction, prove that

(d) For any natural number n, n(n2 + 5) is a multiple of 6.

2. (a) Find the LCM of the smallest one digit composite number and smallest two digit composite
number.
(b) A factory produces two products: one every 9 minutes and the other every 12 minutes. If
both products are produced at the same time, how long until this happens?
(c) A school has 45 boys and 60 girls. The principal wants to divide into the largest possible
equal groups containing both boys and girls. How many students will be in each group?
