Binary 0 0 0 1 0 0 1 1
Convert the given binary to decimal.
Given: 00010011
16 + 2 + 1 = 1910
1 × 23 + 1 × 22 + 0 × 21 + 1 × 20
=8+4+0+1
= 1310
