combined with the convenience of a disposable respirator. This model is ideal for
use anywhere you would use a traditional half-mask reusable respirator, but don’t

Respirator is pre-assembled with cartridges and filters to eliminate assembly

• The 7600 Full Facepiece Respirator provides eye, face and respiratory
protection. Facepiece is constructed of soft, pliable silicone for superior
comfort and fit. Hard coated polycarbonate wraparound lens provides
a 200° field of vision, plus it protects the wearer’s eyes and face from
irritating gas, vapors and flying particles. Lens meets ANSI standards
for impact and penetration. Oral/nasal cup reduces fogging and
“dead air” space.
• The 5400 Full Facepiece Respirator provides comfort and protection
at an unbeatable price. Respirator is constructed of thermal plastic
elastomer, so it’s lightweight (14 ounces) and long-lasting. Hard-coated
polycarbonate lens is scratch resistant and has a field of vision of over
200°. Lens meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 standard for impact and penetration.
Respirator comes with 3 peel-away windows, 6 respirator wipes and
1 storage bag.
• The 7700 Half-Mask Respirator is one of the most comfortable on the
7700 Half-Mask Respirator market. Facepiece is made of soft non-allergenic silicone that conforms to
the worker’s face. Cradle suspension gives an even seal without creating
any slipping or pressure points. Low profile provides workers with a wider
field of vision.
• The 5500 Half-Mask Respirator combines the comfort and fit of a
reusable respirator with the economy of a disposable respirator. Cradle
suspension system provides proper positioning for an even seal, without

won’t collapse during wear. AnthroCurve™ Sealing Surface equalizes pressure
to remove unwanted pressure points and provide a tight seal that instantly
conforms to the wearer’s face. All respirators are NIOSH approved.
• Advantage 420 Half-Mask Respirator has a UniBond over-molded one-
piece silicone facepiece, helping to eliminate possible leak paths. Lock-down
harness mode allows the user to lock in a personal fit. Drop-down harness

L-Series positive pressure, loose-fitting headgear is both comfortable and versatile.
Applications for L-Series headgear include: chipping, grinding, cutting, welding,

air system. Advantages to the worker include the ability to use while wearing
prescription glasses and that there is no breathing resistance offered. E
H-Series assembly offers superior comfort in the most challenging environments.
It is lightweight, loose-fitting and it eliminates the need for fit testing. Suggested
applications include: spray painting and pesticide handling. It is made of Tychem
SL Chemical Barrier fabric. Its sealed seams help prevent chemical permeation

S-Series suspension hoods can be a very cost-effective choice for some high
disposal rate environments – just the hood fabric is replaced, while the suspension
and air ducting can be reused. An externally-adjustable airflow control allows
wearers to modify the airflow distribution to suit personal comfort needs. While
wearing, the airflow may be directed primarily to the front visor or split to provide
more airflow to the top of the head. The suspension has independent adjustments

Adflo™ Welding PAPR

3M™ Adflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR)
is a compact and lightweight system for welders. The
high-efficiency particulate filter can be “stacked” onto
an optional Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge for
additional protection against organic vapors and acid
gases. The slim profile is designed to go into tight
spaces. NiMH battery charges in less than 3 hours
with a smart charger that won’t ever overcharge.
Audible and visual alarms signal low airflow and low
battery charge. Turbo filter cover holds spark arrestor,
prefilter and high-efficiency particulate filter.
With user-selectable dark shades from 9 – 13, the
3M™ Speedglas™ 9002X FlexView Helmet is ideal
for welders who use a variety of arc welding processes and amperages. This model has
clear, sharp optics and consistent shading across its entire 4.09" X 2.12" viewing area.
The FlexView system allows the spring-mounted filter to be lifted up when user is not
actively welding, allowing the user to see out of the clear faceshield. Side windows increase
peripheral vision by 100%. A solar panel on front of the filter cassette helps power the unit,
extending battery life to approximately 3,000 hours. Unit’s detectors have increased
sensitivity to provide reliable switching for a wide range of welding methods, even
extremely stable arcs like those from TIG inverters at low amp settings. Helmet has a
new delay that allow the user to select how quickly the filter changes from dark-to-light.

SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA)
The highest level of protection afforded by these respirators which
are commonly used for escape from contaminated areas or for
clean up of chemical spills. SCBA are also used for oxygen deficient
and IDLH atmospheres. 30-minute cylinders are most common, but
60-minute units can also be ordered.
