Individual Assignments Overview


Remember Individual assignments 1 – 4 are cumulative assignments. By the end of the
4th assignment, students will create a complete Risk Management Plan, Risk Register
and practically apply multiple tools to identify, analyze and monitor risks. Students are
expected to integrate the feedback provided and knowledge gained and make
corrections and/or improvements to their work.

These are individual assignments, intended to be completed individually (not as


groups or partners). Read the assignments instructions thoroughly and carefully.
Assignment Information
Student must attend class to receive the assignment
Points: 10
Weight: 5%
Due Date: See Instructional Plan or eConestoga (Evaluation and/or Assignments)
Assignment 3 Instructions:
1. This assignment will focus on risk response. Students will submit 1 document, the
updated Risk Register.(Excel)
2. Review the Rubric located in the Assignment Folder in eConestoga/Course
Tools/Assignments/Individual Assignment 3
3. Begin with the Risk Register submitted for Assignment 2.
4. Select one (1) of the “High” risks on your register
5. Complete the following columns the Risk Register
• Risk Response Plan (columns Q to Y) blue section. The risk response must
include a contingency plan and secondary risk analysis.
• Complete explanations of why and how much is required for full marks.
• Reference Week 6 and Week 9 Slides and required reading.
6. Submit the updated Risk Register to the assignment drop box.
