I replaced this valve because I have almost 100,000 miles and

plastic tends to crack after use. This is the only model that will fit
a 2014 Chevy Cruze and I have had no problems since. Once
again I won’t recommend replacing yourself without having
knowledge or someone present with knowledge to do so.

This is not fault of Autozone. This is a very bad design by some

stupid engineer at Chevy. The hose connector going to the
overflow is a crap design. It should be just a straight rubber hose
with a couple clamps. Instead some some idiot designs a clamp
that does not seal that great. I had to use two orings on the new
outlet. I stole one from the old outlet and added to the new one to
stop it leaking. I looked online and so many people of had trouble
with outlet because of this poor design. Some stupid engineer
changing something to justify keeping his job.

Well I didn't actually have to use it. Because the part that was
actually leaking is a part I had to get from the actual dealership.
You guys didn't sell it. You might want to consider selling it. I'd
look it up as far as the actual dealership part number, but it is the
elbow that connects the small radiator hose that goes into this
water outlet valve. That's what was leaking. It was cracked and
so was the small radiator hose. So I definitely would consider
carrying that part in the future. You would be ahead of your
competitors. Thank you so much!
