Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat.

Pursuant to Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and its
Implementing Rules and Regulations, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay
Buenaflores, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat, is hereby constituted as follows:

Section 1. Composition – The Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be composed of the
following:

Section 2. Functions of BDC – The BDC shall have the following functions:

1. Mobilize people’s participation in local development efforts;

2. Prepared Barangay Development Plans based on the local requirements;
3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national or local programs and
projects;
4. Perform such other functions as may be provided by law or competent authority.

Section 3. BDC Executive Committee – The BDC Executive Committee shall likewise be
constituted with the following composition:

1. Renato S. Ruam Sr. , Punong Barangay – Chairman

2. Melanie I. Divino , Sangguniang Barangay – Member
3. Carmencita G. Estinopo , Women President – Member

Section 4. Function of the BDC Executive Committee – The BDC Execom shal have the
following functions:

1. Ensure that the decision of the council are faithfully carried out and implemented;
2. Act on matters requiring immediate attention or action by the council;
3. Formulate policies, plans, and programs based on the general principles laid down
by the council; and
4. Act on other matters that may be authorized by the council.

Section 5. BDC Secretariat – The BDC Secretariat shall be created, composed by the following:

1. Rowena I. Novesteros , Barangay Secretary – chairperson

2. Easter Mae T. Fuentes , Teacher – Member
3. Felicitas S. Tadeo , BHW – Member
4. Edilyn D. Bendejo , BHW – Member
5. Marilou E. Econa , BNS – Member

Section 6. Functions of the BDC Secretariat – The BDC Secretariat shall have the following
functions:

1. Provide technical support to the BDC;

2. Documents the Councils proceedings;
3. Prepare of the Council’s reports; and
4. Other Assistance as may be required in the discharge of its

Section 7. Effectivity – This order shall take effect immediately.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE THREE (3) YEARS BARANGAY

DEVELOPMENT PLANS 2018-2021 FOR BARANGAY BEUAFLORES, SENATOR NINOY
AQUINO, SULTAN KUDARAT.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by
the Sangguniang Barangay the three (3) year Barangay Development Plan (2018-2021) for
Barangay Buenaflores, Senator Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be in
line with the development policies of the Barangay Government and the City/Municipal
Development Council;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Melanie I. Divino,

duly seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Joselito O. Saad,

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguninang Barangay of Buenaflores, Senator Ninoy Aquino,

Sultan Kudarat, in session duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approve and adopt the
Barangay Development Plan 2018-2021 as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.
