(a) Both assertion (A) and reason (R) are true and reason (R) is the correct explanation of assertion (A)
(b) Both assertion (A) and reason (R) are true and reason (R) is not the correct explanation of assertion (A)
(c) Assertion (A) is true but reason (R) is false.
(d) Assertion (A) is false but reason (R) is true.
6. Assertion(A): √11 is an irrational number
Reason(R): If p is a prime number, then √𝑝 is an irrational number.
7. Assertion(A): If HCF (a,b) = 4 and ab = 96 × 404, then LCM (a, b) = 9696
Reason(R): LCM of two numbers a and b = HCF (a, b) × ab
