Conceptualizing Specialized Generative AI to Enhance Learning in an Undergraduate Education

1) Introductions
- David (Facilitator) will begin the meeting by briefly talking about arrival and excitement for the
project. Rest of the group introduces themselves.
- Opportunity for sponsors to introduce themselves

2) Presenting and Discussing our Project with Sponsors


- Present our slideshow to the sponsors and answer their questions
- The slide show as a guide rather than presentation
- enables people to ask questions and make the presentation more discussion based
- Goal: Get everyone on the same page with our project

3) Course Focus of the Project


- Which course should we focus our project on? (1 course? 2 courses? 3?)
- What is enough time spent in class for the students to have a cohesive image of the
course? When could we start our survey-data collection?
- Goal: Determine what course(s) our project will be focused on and when we can send out our
surveys

4) ZHAW Campus and Work Spaces


- When can we start coming to Wädenswil Campus and are there any work spaces that are
available to us?
- What day does school begin for the students?
- Goals: Get recommendations for buildings to hold group meetings and to do work. Determine
when school begins for students at ZHAW

5) Communication with Students and Professors at ZHAW


- How could we get in contact with other professors to interview?
- Is it possible to receive an email list of previously enrolled students in a selected class?
- Goal: Organize when and how we will collect our data.
