Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances


stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim order directing respondents 1 and 2 to ensure
that respondents 4 to 9 or any others are not conducting general body
meeting of 3rd respondent on 24-11-2024 or 1-12-2024 as announced in
Exhibits P4 and P5 pending disposal of the W.P.(c).

This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
