Greetings!
We would like to present our request for the conduct of data-mining in you
office for the purpose of our research titled: "Level of Implementation of Peace and
Order Program in Selected Barangays in Mondragon Northern Samar." Data needed
for the aforesaid study are reports of crimes/offenses frequently and commonly
transpired in the top 3 barangays prone to peace and order related crime incidents in
the Municipality of Mondragon, Northern Samar.

We are now in the process of revising our thesis proposal, our study is
insufficient of pertinent data, and we sincerely hope that you will favorable consider
our request for the aforementioned.

Rest assured that all data gathered will be treated with utmost confidentiality
and will be used for academic purposes only.
