identifying the particular premise. We do not know whether hundreds of other food outlets comply with the rules because checks on these places are not done frequently. Having good mental health does not mean that we

Many factors can contribute to mental health
problems. They include biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry, life experiences, such as trauma or abuse and family history of mental health problems.
Nevertheless, it is important that we can learn to
take control of our mental health and there are plenty of ways to do that. We can handle our emotions better or feel more positive and energetic when we are mentally and emotionally healthy.
We live with many other people. If we ourselves or
others close to us act unusually from normal behaviours, we should try to reach out to them. Therefore, we have to recognise the early warning signs of a problem which include preferring to be alone, refusing to join their usual activities, shouting and fighting with family and friends or eating too much or too little.
It is important to prevent a person having the
