buying a house, you should pick a suitable location that
doesn't compromise on the quality of living. Many
people prefer settling down in the countryside away
from the hustle and bustle of the city, with ample space
between them and their neighbours.
Living in a city surely has its perks, such as

downside of pollution and traffic, which quickly
becomes a huge concern. At the end of the day, home

Good, clean food is as important as its taste. All


food proprietors must follow the requirements
regarding hygienic food preparation as outlined by the
Ministry of Health. Food Hygiene Regulations has
established in 2009 so the public can be assured of
food that is of good quality. In addition, consumers are
also to be protected against food-borne diseases such
as food poisoning.

However, many irresponsible owners of food


outlets, together with their workers do not comply with
all the rules. Some time ago, videos showing very
unhygienic preparation of food were spread in social
media.

The authorities had acted immediately upon


identifying the particular premise. We do not know
whether hundreds of other food outlets comply with the
rules because checks on these places are not done
frequently. The best solution is to cook our own food go
we know it is hygienically prepared. However, not all of
us are good cooks who can come out with dishes that
we want to eat!

There are many ways on how people can lead a


healthy lifestyle. If you want to be fit and well, you
should maintain a healthy weight, eat a balanced diet
and do physical exercises. You also need to consume
more fruits and vegetables instead of rice and noodles.
Drinking a lot of water is necessary and reducing the
intake of carbonated drink, coffee and sugar can be
beneficial. It requires some discipline to exercise
regularly. Thus, you have to get moving and stay
active.

It is also important to relax. Stress is bad to the


mind and the body. Get a good night sleep so you can f
feel revitalise when you wake up. In addition, so for a
medical check -up. As such, if

there is any disease, it can be detected at an early


stage. Practising a healthy lifestyle means making
changes to your bad habits and to be consistent in

psychologically and socially. It also refers to the positive
characteristics in a person. Consequently, mental
health is important at every stage of life, from

it involves our actions and decisions in everyday life.
Having mental health problems will influence the way
we think, feel, and act. It also affects our ability to cope
with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships,
and recover from troubles and hardships in life.

Having good mental health does not mean that we


never go through bad times or experience emotional
problems. We can still feel sorrow, disappointed, sad,
worried and stressful. Yet, we have the resilience, which
is an ability to cope with difficult situations and still
maintain a positive outlook. We can remain focused,
flexible, and we are less afraid of new challenges.

Many factors can contribute to mental health


problems. They include biological factors, such as
genes or brain chemistry, life experiences, such as
trauma or abuse and family history of mental health
problems.

Nevertheless, it is important that we can learn to


take control of our mental health and there are plenty
of ways to do that. We can handle our emotions better
or feel more positive and energetic when we are
mentally and emotionally healthy.

We live with many other people. If we ourselves or


others close to us act unusually from normal
behaviours, we should try to reach out to them.
Therefore, we have to recognise the early warning signs
of a problem which include preferring to be alone,
refusing to join their usual activities, shouting and
fighting with family and friends or eating too much or
too little.

It is important to prevent a person having the


symptoms of mental problems from getting worse.
Nowadays, people with mental health problems are
given help and go through treatments in which they
can get better or even recover completely.

Everyone knows that doing exercises will be a


great advantage to their bodies. Physical exercises can
be relaxing thus, improving their mood and make them
more energetic. Doing regular exercises certainly
benefits people of all ages, male and female by

and go jogging, running or brisk walking. They get to
