This Appendix is part of Government immigration instructions as described in section 22 of the Immigration Act 2009 (WA, WD, WF and Skilled Migrant Resid

the date the country became a signatory, and must be on the list of accredited programmes of the signatory country. To determine if an engineering

formerly known, may be used to meet the requirement for a letter, certificate or registration from Engineering New Zealand. A letter from IPENZ may also
