1. Why is physical activity beneficial?

Living a healthy and fulfilling life demands us to incorporate regular


physical activity into our daily routines. The benefits of regular physical activity are
multifaceted, including maintaining a healthy weight, improved cardiovascular
fitness, stronger muscles and bones, and enhanced immune system function. In
addition to these benefits, regular physical activity also plays a crucial role in
reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
Furthermore, physical activity promotes mental health by reducing stress and
anxiety, leading to an overall sense of well-being. Therefore, it is imperative to
allocate time for physical activity in our daily lives to maintain an active lifestyle
