INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS OF STD. X SEEKING ADMISSION IN STD XI 2025 - 26

1. The application forms will be available online on the school website www.lfsjamshedpur.com
from 20th November 2024 till 24th January 2025.
2. Cost of Application form Rs. 500/- (Payment to be made online only).
3. The application must be submitted online only.

Students who have studied computer science in IX & X and have an aggregate of 85% can
opt. for this subject in Class XI.

5. Five subjects are compulsory. Subjects once taken will not be changed.
6. Requirements/Eligibility: -
o Regular students who are appearing for the class X Board Examination in 2025.
o Recent passport size photograph to be uploaded and one photo copy to be pasted on the
form
o Report Card of class 9 and class 10 (half yearly) to be submitted.
o Caste certificate to be submitted.
o For option – I & II minimum 80% and III 75% of marks in aggregate is required
7. Submission of form - After payment, form to be downloaded and hard copy to be submitted
in the school office on 25th January 2025 between 8:00 am and 10:30 am
8. FORMS SHOULD BE CORRECTLY FILLED IN WITH THE NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH
AS APPEARING IN THE BOARD CERTIFICATE.
9. Candidates who opt for Computer Science as a subject, will have to pay an additional fee of
Rs.2000/- p.a.
10. All applicants must answer the Entrance Test to be conducted on 2nd February 2025.
{Commerce (English) from 10:00 a.m. till 10:40 a.m., Science (Physic, chemistry, Maths)
from 10:00 a.m. till 11:30 a.m.}.
11. Candidates who wish to withdraw after completion of admission formalities may do so only
after paying the entire course fee (amounting to two year’s tuition fees.)
12. In case of failure in Class XI final exam, a Transfer Certificate will be issued along with the
Progress Report.
13. IMPORTANT – The admission provided is provisional in nature and will be confirmed only after
the ICSE results.
