ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE TALUKA/DISTRICT OFFICE OF
SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Filled Application Form for issuance of Sindh Senior Citizen Card has been received from Senior
Citizen applicant namely ____________________________________________________ holding
CNIC # _____________________________ vide inward No: __________ dated _________________
by hand along-with (03) Photograph, copy of PRC and CNIC.
The Sindh Senior Citizen Card aim to promote a spirit of dignity, respect and
reverence for senior citizens.
Permanent resident of Sindh Province aged 60 or above are eligible to apply for Sindh Senior
Citizen Card.
The validity period for Sindh Senior Citizens Card shall be five years.
The Senior Citizen may submit a completed/filled application form along with required
documents through online portal/mail/in-person to the concerned Taluka/District Social
Welfare Office, where resides, under the due acknowledgement.
Processing Time:
The Senior Citizen Card shall be issued to the applicant senior citizen in due course of time
if the submitted data is found correct.
The Assistant Director/Deputy Director of concerned District shall conduct verification and
send recommendations to the designated officer of the Council.
The Council or its committee/authorized person shall accord approval for issuance of Sindh
Senior Citizen Card.
