3rd Eye Practice

Practicing techniques to activate and open your third eye, also known as the Ajna chakra, can
enhance intuition, spiritual awareness, and clarity of thought. Here’s a comprehensive third eye
practice:

Preparation

1.​ Find a Quiet Space​


Sit in a calm, distraction-free environment. Choose a comfortable seated position with a
straight spine to allow energy flow.
2.​ Set an Intention​
Mentally or verbally affirm your goal for the practice, such as:​
"I seek clarity, spiritual growth, and inner wisdom through my third eye."

Steps to Open the Third Eye

1. Breathwork
