Low income learners in Philippines, should be part of scholarship program. Education is the key
that can break the economic problem and the cycle of poverty. A scholarship is a financial
support awarded to a student, based on academic achievement or other criteria that include
financial need, for the purpose of schooling.

Based on scholarships of Philippines, This are the significant support to help low-income
students on the path toward collage and to give them the chance to build financially
sustainable and full futures. Low income learners face the challenges, including financial
constraints, such as limited access to a resources and support, and lower academic
achievement and graduations rates. These barriers perpetuate poverty and limit opportunities
for a career advancement.

Can provide an opportunity to student to earn money for education. Without assistant from
outside, student have a trouble paying for the degree. The CHED scholarship programs (CPSs)
are intended for entering first year student who are incoming for collage whose General
itregage is at least 93% to 95% equivalent for half merit program, who must enroll in
recognized priority programs.

Some of the Office of Philippines worker cannot manage properly the scholarships and there
are some program and government manage properly that low-income learner will be part of
scholarships. For a better future. Accessing the higher education can be a big challenge. But
different scholarships programs and initiations is there for all.
