v The rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
v All rates are quoted in INR, per room per night, inclusive of applicable taxes and service
charge. Hotel Palm Paradise reserves the right to adjust the contract rates accordingly to
reflect the change at any time.
v All above room rates are inclusive of Room Only for 2 persons if booked on EPAI Plan /
Room + Breakfast if booked on CPAI meal Plan / Room + Breakfast & Dinner if booked on
MAPAI meal Plan / Room + Breakfast, Dinner & Lunch if booked on APAI meal Plan
v Clients staying on Meal Plan CP, MAP, and AP will be served on a Fixed Menu
v FOC Room will be Provided on 15 Paying Rooms
v The above Special Rates are net & non-commissionable

Honeymoon Offer & Other Offers:

v Bed Decoration will be charged INR 1500/-


v Honeymoon Cake will be charged INR 1200/- (1 Pound Cake)
Check In & Check Out Time:

v Check-in time is 14: 00 and Check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 14:00 will
be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those
arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
v Late check out is subject to availability on the day of Check- out and the following charges
may apply: until 16:00 hours - 50% off Contract Rate and thereafter a full night charge
applies. Guaranteed access to Rooms prior to 14:00 can be granted subject to availability
by paying additional full night charge.

Extra Person Charges / Child Policy:

v No charge for children under 5 years old, including complimentary breakfast, Sharing bed
with Parents
v Children 5 – 12 years old Sharing existing bed with parents and will be charged as per the
rates mentioned above in the Rate Grid
v Extra person (Adult) / Child (12 years old and above) will be charges as per the rates
mentioned above in the rate grid.
Reservations:

v All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless the Hotel Palm
Paradise has agreed upon a firm room allotment.
v Please send the booking to our reservation email: bookings@palmparadisesrinagar.com for
the instant confirmation.

Terms of Payment:

v All the bookings are confirmed against the advanced payments; therefore 50%
Deposit is required enabling us to confirm the reservation & rest 50% to be
Deposited 10 Days Prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:
v 75% refund if cancelled before 10 days of check in date
v 01 Night retention is applicable if cancelled within 10 days and before 7 days of check in
v 100% charges applicable if cancelled within 7days of check in date
v No refund in case of NO SHOW

Force Majeure:

v If acts of God or government authorities, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond


a party’s reasonable control make it illegal or impossible for such party to perform its
obligations under this Agreement, such party may terminate this Agreement upon
written notice to the other party without liability.
