I, MILA I. ABUCEJO, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 89 Pabayo


St., Cagayan de Oro City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and say:

1. That I was born last January 29, 1954 and at present I am working with
Department of Education assigned at East City Central School,
Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City;

2. That as of to date my age is 59 years old and I intent to retire at the


age of 65 years old hence as of now I have no intent to retire;

3. That this affidavit of non retirement is executed to attest to the truth of


the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may served.
