MONITORING AND EVALUATION: As an Education, Supervisor I need to visit and observe classes in all schools
covered by the Division, Visiting the schools regularly and having a regular evaluation program will tell me about
the results of Implementation. I need to use Data-Driven Decision Making to monitor the progress of the strategic
plan. Evaluation tools will be used to evaluate the implementation of all the areas, programs, and services
stipulated in the strategic plan. After Evaluation, the results will be utilized to plan for Intervention needed by the
Challenges to be solved.
If some of the objectives were not met, there should be a meaningful dialogue and conversation among the
stakeholders using the SWOT ANALYSIS, identifying strengths to be done further, weaknesses that need support,
and opportunities for the improvement of the said programs and of course, the Threats that hinder to achieve the
said program.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Consultative Meetings will be conducted for team Leaders, teachers, parents, local
communities, and policymakers to discuss the challenges and arrive at common plans and strategies to implement
them.
SUSTAINABILITY AND LONG-TERM IMPACT- For Sustainability and Long-Term Impact, there should be regular
monitoring and evaluation of the said strategic plan for its improvement yearly. There should be collaboration and
cooperation among the stakeholders for the success and continuity of the Plan, so regular consultations and
meetings should be done.
Dear Sir,
Good day!
Education is a driving force to a meaningful life for all our students in the Region. Hence, competent and credible teachers should be trained
to give what is expected from them. Due to the demands of highly competent teachers in the region, I am proposing this project that aims to
develop the teacher’s confidence in their field of endeavor which is teaching.
I would like to conduct a 3-day seminar- workshop on Facilitating Student Diversity with Differentiated Instruction, Teaching Strategies
methodologies, and Approaches in Teaching to equip the teachers in the teaching and learning process.
I hope your good office will allow me to conduct this training within the region among my teachers. Attached herewith is the Daily Program
and Persons Responsible.
Yours Truly,
AZALIA P. PEYRA
