INTRODUCTION

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) was technology, along with a quality management
invented by Swedish architect Johan Ericksson system that is always maintained and improved,
in the 1920s when Sweden suffered a heavy HASS’s products are at high and uniform quality.
wood shortage due to deforestation. The production process is as follows:

During the experiment, to run against time,

Ericksson decided to speed up the experiment
by placing his material in an autoclave. The
result is high strength and light density
concrete. When popularized shortly thereafter,
Ericksson’s products earned the nickname
“Warm Stone” due to its insulating properties.

AAC is produced from natural materials such

as sand, lime, plaster, cement, and water.
During the manufacturing process, all of these
materials are recycled. Thus, AAC is one of the
first eco-friendly products in the world. AAC
is lightweight thanks to its construction with
millions of air pores 1mm-5mm in diameter.
Compressive strength is from 3-7.5 MPa, with
density 450-750 kg/m3.

Whether in Vietnam, Europe or around the

world, construction using AAC technology in
general and the HASS brand in particular are
the typical works for technological advances,
with a harmonious combination. innovation
between art and technology, bringing positive
values to
 people and life.

HASS is produced with modern German

REINFORCING MESH INSTALLATION

To keep the bonding of the plaster layer and

minimize the appearance of cracks in the plas-
ter layer. Types of mesh can be used as fiber-
glass mesh, wire mesh ...

In case the design requires using steel mesh

(usually using steel ≤ 1mm, a ≤ 20 mm), stretch
the wire mesh over the area that needed to pre-
venting cracks, using nails (from 3 to 5 cm) to
pin the mesh on the wall. For the concrete part,
it is possible to staple the mesh with steel nails
(2 to 3 cm) or drill, with density (300 ÷ 400) mm/
piece
