Terms & Conditions

This sales contract is subject to the conditions stated below. MICROS require a 100% deposit to secure the installation. Implementation dates will be scheduled and confirmed upon receipt of a duly authorized purchase order. Cancellation or rescheduling for implementation dates booked and
confirmed, requires a 72 hour business day notice period before commencement of confirmed dates. Failure to notify us will attract the full labour day/s cost for required implementation.
All software will be ordered and billed prior to the commencement of any use of the software, including but not limited to testing, configuration, training and/or installation. Any order that has been placed with Oracle cannot be cancelled or amended once placed, all orders will be placed as per
the items on this quote. A signed maintenance contract must accompany all new installations.
Accommodation, travel, meals, non-alcoholic refreshments and a reasonable amount of laundry is for the client's account. All freight or delivery charges are for the customer’s account. All prices exclude VAT. The exchange rate is the quoted rate only. If the exchange rate on your quote has
expired, we reserve the right to adjust the exchange rate on date of payment and adjustments to your invoice may be made. 2% interest per month from installation date will be charged on payments later than 30 days from installation.
All new equipment carries a carry-in warranty against factory defect from date of installation, Mondays to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. Details of warranty periods are detailed in warranty document available upon request. All callouts for hardware issues within 90 days of installation will be free of
charge.
Cabling and electrical infrastructure are the customer’s responsibility and are to meet the MICROS specification.
