NOTICE

Hon'ble the lncharge Leave Sanctioning Authority has been pleased to pass the
following order on 25.01 .2023;
"Proforma of Handing & Taking Over Charge Certificates for all the Gazetted
Officers Class I (except Judicial officers) and Class ll officer (except Review
Officers and its equivalent officers/posts) of High Court, Allahabad, be amended
with the provision of countersignature by the Registrar General as well as by the
Registrar/Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar (Establishment)/(Joining) as the case be
applicable. lf the said certificates are countersigned by the Registrar General
himself, there is no need of fonruarding the same. Thereafter, the same be sent to
the chamber of Registrar/Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar
(Establishment)/(Joining), High Court, Allahabad, for information and further
proceeding."

1 The. Chief Private Secretary to Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
2 The Senior Registrar, High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow.
3 All the Registrar/ Joint Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Allahabad.
4 The Registrar/Joint RegistrariDeputy Registrar(Establishment)/(Joining), High
Court, Allahabad.
5 All the Registrars, Joint Registrars and Deputy Registrars, High Court, Allahabad
with request to direct the concerned to circulate copy of instant notice to all the
Gazetted Class I Officers (except Judicial officer) and Class ll officer (except
Review officer and its equivalent officers/posts) working under their supervision.
6. The Principal Private Secretary (Admlnistration), High Court, Allahabad with
request to circulate the instant Notice amongst all the Private Secretaries.
7. The Registrar-cum-Principal Bench Secretary, High Court, Allahabad with request
to circulate the instant Notice amongst allthe Bench Secretaries.
8. The J.R./D.R./A.R.-cum-Private Secretary to the Learned Registrar General, High
Court, Allahabad.
The system Manager, computer centre, High court, Allahabad with request to
upload the copy of instant Notice along-with amended proforma of Handing and
Taking over Charge Certificates and to circulate the same amongst the concerned
officers of Computer Cadre.
10. The C.D.O.-cum-Chief Librarian, High Court, Allahabad with request to circulate the
instant notice amongst the concerned officers.
11. Display on Notice Board.
