• Responsible for analyzing company research and data and communicating the findings to managers and
executives.

• Conducting research in targeted areas like consumer insight, demographics, industry trends and
competitors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks.
• Analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.

HUMAN RESOURCE
• Manage the recruitment and selection process of the concerned domain.
• Involvement in interview process
• Designing Job description and creation of new data.
• Involve in the employee engagement activities.
• Understanding of Payroll management
• Social media handling – Designing of postings & templates

Rules and Regulations:


• Once a candidate accepts an offer letter, it is considered finalized, and the candidate must report in
accordance with the internship timetable.
• All interns are required to use email as their primary method of communication and to keep detailed records
of their work.
• Certificates would be provided within a month of completion of the internship.
• Stipends would be credited within 40 days after the completion of internship as per criteria.
