 1. ABSTRACT
The "CAREER PATH" project is an internship initiative aimed at developing a dynamic
and user-friendly web platform for exploring roadmaps with different job roles. The
project involves the comprehensive design and implementation of a responsive website
using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The website development process began with meticulous planning and design to align
with the CAREER PATH brand identity. HTML was used to structure the content,
providing a semantic foundation for the site. CSS was employed to create a visually
appealing and responsive layout, ensuring compatibility across various devices and
screen sizes. JavaScript was integrated to enhance interactivity and functionality,
enabling features such as a menu bar, and a login page.

Throughout the project, modern web development practices and tools were employed,
ensuring the site is both aesthetically pleasing and performant. The outcome is a fully
functional, attractive, and user-centric website that effectively represents CAREER
PATH, facilitating increased engagement and interest in providing the different job
roles.

This internship project not only provided practical experience in web development but
also demonstrated the importance of integrating design principles, technical skills, and
user experience considerations in creating a successful online presence for a service-
focused platform.

 2. INTRODUCTION

During my internship in React, I delved into the dynamic landscape of Full Stack
Development with a focus on React native. This immersive experience has equipped me
with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in React native, a leading Tech
Stack that powers innovations across industries.

A career path is a journey that encompasses the various roles, experiences, and skills
an individual acquires throughout their professional life. It is not merely a series of jobs
but rather a progression that reflects personal growth, increasing expertise, and evolving
professional goals. Whether linear or non-linear, a career path represents the trajectory
an individual follows as they navigate the world of work, balancing aspirations,
opportunities, and challenges along the way.

At its core, a career path is shaped by both external factors, such as industry trends
and market demands, and internal factors, such as personal interests, values, and
ambitions. It often begins with early education and entry-level roles, expanding over time
through further training, specialization, or lateral transitions. While some individuals
follow a traditional career progression within a single industry, others may explore
multiple fields or entrepreneurial ventures, embracing change.

Understanding one's career path is key to making informed decisions about professional
growth, from selecting educational opportunities to pursuing new challenges or leadership
roles. It also helps individuals identify their long-term goals, anticipate the skills required
for success, and adapt to the ever-evolving job market.

 3. About React
React is a popular open-source JavaScript library for building user interfaces, primarily
for single-page applications. Developed by Facebook, it enables developers to create
fast and dynamic web applications with a component-based architecture, where each UI
part (like buttons, forms, or lists) is built as a separate, reusable "component."

Key Features of React:

Component-Based Architecture:

React divides the UI into small, reusable pieces (components) that can be independently
developed and maintained.

Declarative UI:

Developers describe what the UI should look like, and React takes care of rendering it.
This approach simplifies code and makes it predictable.

Virtual DOM:

React creates a lightweight copy of the real DOM, known as the Virtual DOM, which

helps to speed up rendering by only updating parts of the UI that change.

JSX Syntax:

JSX is a syntax extension that combines JavaScript and HTML, allowing developers to
write HTML-like code in JavaScript. JSX is optional but widely used in React for easier
readability.

Why Use React?

Speed:

React’s Virtual DOM makes updates faster and more efficient.

Reusability:

The component structure encourages reusing code

Large Ecosystem and Community:

React has a large community, plenty of libraries, and tools that integrate seamlessly

Rich Developer Tools:

There are numerous tools (e.g., React Developer Tools) that assist in debugging,
monitoring, and profiling React applications.

Typical Use Cases for React

React is commonly used for web applications where dynamic user interfaces are needed,
such as:

Social media apps (like Facebook, which uses React)

E-commerce sites
Dashboards and data visualization tools
Interactive web forms

Core Concepts of React:

Components:
React applications are built from "components." Each component represents a part of
the UI, such as a button, form, or a larger, composed feature like a profile card.
Components in React can be Functional or Class-based. Functional components are
the modern since the introduction of Hooks in React 16.8, allowing functional
components to manage stand lifecycle events. scaling based on demand, ensuring that
your application can handle varying of traffic while maintaining availability and
reliability.

State and Props:

State is a built-in object that stores dynamic data and allows components to re-render
based on internal. Props (Properties) are used to pass data from a parent component to
a child component. They allow to be dynamic and adaptable without directly altering
their behavior.

 4. LEARNING OBJECTIVES / INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

 Internships are generally thought of to be reserved for college students looking to

gain experience in a particular field. However, a wide array of people can benefit from
Training Internships in order to receive real world experience and develop their skills.

 An objective for this position should emphasize the skills you already possess in the
area and your interest in learning more

 Internships are utilized in a number of different career fields, including architecture,

engineering, healthcare, economics, advertising and many more.

 Some internships are used to allow individuals to perform scientific research while
others are specifically designed to allow people to gain first-hand experience working.

 Utilizing internships is a great way to build your resume and develop skills that can
be emphasized in your resume for future jobs. When you are applying for a Training

 6. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report is about my 8 weeks internship program with Technical Hub Pvt.Ltd.,
(Surampalem). In this comprehensive report, I have discussed about every major aspect
of the company which I observed and perceived during my internship program.

During my internship program, I have learned and mainly worked on Full Stack
Development with React Native. All the details have been discussed in detail. All the
policies and procedures of the company have been discussed in detail.

As per Technical Hub Pvt. Ltd., The purpose of the internship is to learn, by working in
practical environment and to apply the knowledge acquired during the studies in real
world scenario in order to tackle the problems using the knowledge and skill learned
during the academic process.

 7. ABOUT THE COMPANY

Technical Hub Pvt Ltd, provides the trainings which are certification aligned and
associated with various vendors that are top in the industry. Members who are part of
this program are given a constant practical example on various topics, thus keeping them
abreast of their technological world. It is located in Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh.
Founded by Babji Neelam, Technical Hub Pvt Ltd, quickly grew into one of the largest
companies in the Kakinada.

Mission: Technical Hub Pvt. Ltd, the Student Success Platform Improving the
knowledge base with rapidly evolving technological skills, the skill to communicate
across discipline, the ability to lead team-centered projects, contextualized problem
formulation and hand-on experience is the present demand of the global industry. To
meet this demand, Aditya initiated t-Hub: a perfect launch pad to the job world. T-Hub
trains students in various disciplines beyond technological labels.

Vision: We believe that the business of business is to improve the state of the world, and
we work to make sure Technical Hub Pvt. Ltd is a platform for change through serving
the interests of all our stakeholders— employees, customers, partners, communities and
the environment.

 8. OPPORTUNITIES

During these 8 weeks of the offline internship, I was given the opportunity to perform
the following role:
Intern:

 Coordinating with the team members and team lead some regular basis to keep
attract of the activities held and about the work to be done.

 I learned about developing the applications using different tools.

 Forth at I have referred the GitHub repositories and had gain the complete
knowledge on different tools.

 Then I have gathered the requirements.

 They also provide us the opportunity to voluntarily interact in other projects as

well.

 They have given different tasks to develop different parts of the application.

Also, they have finally conducted super badge tests to certify with the completion of
internship.

 9. TRAINING
During the 8 weeks of training, I received comprehensive instruction in front-end
development, back-end development, and overall website development. The training
covered a range of technologies and methodologies to equip us with the skills needed
for modern web development.

Front-End Development:
1. HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language): Gained proficiency in structuring web
content, creating elements such as headings, paragraphs, links, lists, and forms to build
the foundational structure of web pages.
2. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets): Learned how to style and layout web pages, including
the use of colors, fonts, spacing, and responsive design techniques to ensure
compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
Back-End Development:
1. JavaScript: Acquired skills in JavaScript for both front-end and back-end development.
This included:
 Client-Side Scripting: Enhancing user interactions and functionality on web pages.
 Server-Side Development: Utilizing JavaScript with Node.js to handle server
operations, manage databases, and build APIs.
This training not only provided technical skills but also offered practical experience in
applying these technologies to real-world projects, enhancing both my theoretical
knowledge and practical capabilities in web development.

 10. CHALLENGES FACED
Challenges Faced During the Internship:
 Understanding Applications and Tools: At the start of the internship, I encountered
difficulties grasping the various applications and tools used in web development.
 Package Installation Issues: I struggled with installing and configuring necessary
packages and dependencies for development.
 Time Management: Balancing the demands of college and internship
responsibilities proved challenging, impacting my ability to manage both effectively.
 Advanced Web Development Topics: Comprehending more advanced topics in web
development presented a challenge, requiring additional effort to master these
concepts.
 Memory Management: Managing memory resources on my PC was problematic,
affecting development efficiency and performance.
 Network Issues: Technical difficulties related to network connectivity occasionally
disrupted my workflow and access to online resources.
 Process Automation: I faced obstacles in understanding and implementing process
automation modules, which were integral to streamlining development tasks.
Despite these challenges, I successfully completed the internship, which significantly
contributed to securing a new job. This experience not only enhanced my problem-
solving skills but also provided valuable insights into overcoming obstacles in a
professional setting.

 12. CONCLUSION
