Plan of action;
1. The submarines B-271 Kolpino, B-268 Veliky Novgorod, and B-265 Krasnodar are to be
detached on a stealth patrol coordinates Geo (45.226359, 29.763720) to Geo (46.597181,
31.155556) from 1600 hours to monitor Ukrainian naval activities in the region and report to
HQ, while В-871 Alrosa monitors coordinates Geo (42.955429, 28.928023) to Geo (43.409361,
33.116723). Submarines B-271 Kolpino, B-268 Veliky Novgorod, and B-265 Krasnodar are to
standby for the arrival of the main naval force consisting of guided missile frigates Admiral
Grigorovich, Admiral Essen, and Admiral Makarov alongside anti-submarine corvettes
Alexandrovets, Suzdalets, and Muromets with guided missile corvettes Ingushetiya and
Grayvoron alongside minesweepers Anatoliy Zheleznyakov and Valentin Pikul.
2. 138th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade is to advance to Pripyat from the Belarussian
border, along with Mig-29 (5), Su-35 (2) and Orion UAVs (3) are to feign a northern attack on
Kyiv, diverting Ukrainian troops to the north and identifying location and troop concentrations in
Northern Ukraine. 138th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade along with the Mig-29s and
Su-35s are to avoid contact and retreat immediately once resistance from the Kyiv regime is
faced and the Ukraine army is met.
3. Ground Troops from 205th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, 11th Separate Assault Brigade,
1st Guards Rocket Brigade, 32nd Engineer-Sapper Regiment, 137th Reconnaissance Battalion,
165th Medical Battalion, 413th Communications Battalion 330th Engineering Battalion 1088th
Logistics Battalion 12th Guards Tank Regiment and 13th Guards Tank Regiment will be
arranged and deployed to the shores of Odessa in 5 waves using the landing ships and crafts
under the 197th Assault Ship Brigade where 8600 troops and equipment are to be allocated in
each wave.
4. The marine assault will begin at 1700 hours with the first wave, being assisted by the naval
fire and artillery on strategic locations and hostile concentrations near the beach and coastlines.
The navy is to jointly coordinate with the air force and deploy all 8 swarms of Geran-2 drones
which are to be spread out to target and destroy Ukrainian radar systems and air defense in
Odesa.
5. Each wave of troops is to be sent at a 15-minute interval. Once the concentration of air defense
is neutralized by the Geran-2 Drones, it shall be followed by the deployment of Orion UAV (15)
and Mil Mi-24 Attack Helicopters (30), and Beriev A-50 (3). The UAVs are to assist the ground
forces, naval fire, and attack helicopters to identify and neutralize hostile targets. The air
saturation shall further be supported by the deployment of the 3 squadrons of bombers at three
different points in the city, to identify and destroy strategic locations and hostile concentrations.
This will then be followed up by the deployment of the 3 squadrons of fighter jets to defend
against hostile air assaults, further reconnoiter the city, and establish air superiority over the city.
8. Blocking the northern route and highways, the Ukrainian high command will be compelled to
relocate troops from Kherson Oblast to reinforce Odesa and face the Russian forces. Hence, 5
days post the amphibious assault, the existing Russian forces of Kherson Oblast are to push and
lay siege to Kherson while moving up Northwest to the Eastern side of Mykolaiv as soon as
possible.
9. 108th Guards Air Assault Regiment and 19th Separate Spetsnaz Company are to continue
conducting guerilla warfare while converging in toward Odessa. Odessa will be liberated due to
the increasing saturation of the Russian forces converging from both sides, ineffective
communication, radar, and air defense systems with relentless Russian air support.
10. Once Odesa falls, Russian forces are to converge from Odesa to the western side of
Mykolaiv. The pre-existing Kherson front from the east and the Russian forces from the west is
to converge to the city of Mykolaiv. Having full control of the Black Sea, the Russian navy
guided missile frigates and corvettes are to move up the Pivdennyi river to attack Mykolaiv using
a three-prong pincer attack from the south, west, and the east
11. Russian forces are to quickly move in from all three directions and liberate the city of
Mykolaiv to establish southern hegemony over Ukraine.
