Kind attention is invited to the reference cited, wherein the
Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration and Stamps A.P. Tadepalli
has issued instructions to all the DIG/SRs/SRs in the State to appraise the
maintenance of the Market value system to concerned authorities.
“The department is maintaining market values based on Urban & Rural
categories in Form-I to Form-IV with values for each "Classification" and there by non
granting of values against specific Survey numbers doesn't arise.
Therefore all the Registering Officers in the State are here by instructed to issue
Market values on the classification of lands covered in the Form-I, Form-II, Form-III,
Form-IV (Urban/Rural) if tendered by any authority and to apprise the parties the same
before issuance of Market values”.
Therefore, I enclose herewith copy of the Memo issued vide reference
cited for information and it is requested to take necessary action while
processing TDR applications as per the Rules.

Attention of all the DIG/SRs/SRs in the State is invited to the Subject
and reference cited.
It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that certain
Sub Registrars in the State are not issuing Market values based on the
Survey Numbers to the local body Corporations to arrive market values
on TDR bonds to be released in favor of required parties and insisting
for Door Numbers and other information which is not correct.
They informed that, the department is maintaining market values
based on Urban & Rural categories in Form-I to Form-IV with values for
each "Classification" and there by non granting of values against specific
Survey numbers doesn't arise. ·
Therefore all the Registering Officers in the State are here by
instructed to issue Market values on the classification of lands covered in
the Form-I, Form-II, Form-Ill, Form-IV (Urban/Rural) if tendered by any
authority and to apprise the parties the same before issuance of Market
values.
All the Deputy Inspectors General/District Registrars are instructed
to apprise the maintenance of Market value system to concern
authorities without fail.
Any deviation in this matter will be viewed seriously and disciplinary
action will be taken on errant officers under APCS(CCA) Rules 1991
