Construction Contract Pakistan
This Construction Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ____ day of
______, 2025, by and between:
1. The House Owner: _____________________ ("Owner"), residing at Green Fort Society, Pakistan.
2. The Contractor: MA Engineering Pvt Ltd, a registered construction company in Pakistan,
having its registered office at ______________________ ("Contractor").
WHEREAS, the Owner desires to construct a double-story house on a 1-Kanal plot in Green
Fort Society, approved by LDA; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor agrees to construct the building as per the approved plan,
adhering to the agreed timeline and contract price.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties
agree as follows:
1. SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall construct a double-story house as per the approved map, including the
following:
a) Grey structure construction from March 2025 to September 2025.
b) Furnishing and finishing work from September 2025 to March 2026.
c) All materials and labor costs are included in this contract.
a) The total contract price is PKR 10,230,000 (Ten Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand
Only). This amount is fixed and cannot be changed.
b) Payment Schedule:
i. 50% payment (PKR 5,115,000) shall be made at the commencement of construction.
ii. 50% payment (PKR 5,115,000) shall be made upon project completion in March 2026.

6. TERMINATION
a) The Owner reserves the right to terminate this contract if the Contractor fails to complete
the project as per the agreed timeline and quality.
b) The Contractor shall be liable for any damages caused due to breach of contract.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
a) Any disputes arising out of this contract shall be resolved through mutual negotiation.
b) If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration Act, 1940
of Pakistan.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
a) Neither party shall be held liable for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as
natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
b) In such cases, the completion timeline may be extended accordingly.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Pakistan, specifically under the Contract Act, 1872.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the date first
written above.
