electronic signboards, LED traffic signals, and controllers, with a long-term vision to lead the industry.
Headquartered in Trivandrum, Kerala, we have a wide network of representatives and agents across

various governmental organizations within Kerala. Through these collaborations, we have developed

• GPRS-controlled traffic signals with remote operation.


• Solar-powered or electricity-operated systems.
• LED signals with reverse countdown displays, integrated with cameras and online
message boards.
• Pedestrian signals with warning sirens, particularly beneficial for school children.

• LED high mast lights.

Proposal:

We, at adNEWS INDIA, present this proposal with a deep respect for the system and a keen
awareness of our social responsibility. We kindly request the consideration of the esteemed officers for
this initiative. Our intention is to install traffic signals, warning flashers (blinkers), Automatic Number
Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras, and surveillance cameras to enhance traffic management.
Additionally, we propose the installation of pedestrian crossing systems, particularly near schools and
colleges, to ensure the safety of students.

We seek your approval to install these traffic management solutions at various junctions and accident-
prone areas across Kottayam District. To support the Police Department in effective traffic
management, we are willing to undertake the following:

Our Offer:

• We will install these systems at no cost.


• Monthly maintenance will be handled by us.
• We will bear the cost of electrical connections and deposits.
• We will cover the monthly electricity bills.
• We will manage the periodic programming of the traffic signal systems.
• Future software and hardware upgrades will be provided in line with the latest industry
standards.
• All programming and operations will be carried out per instructions from the Police
Department.

Consent from your side:

• Consent to install and maintain traffic signals, pedestrian crossing signals, warning
flashers (blinkers), ANPR cameras, and surveillance cameras in Kollam District.
• Permission for advertising on traffic signal poles and camera poles.

We are confident that this project will greatly benefit the Police Department, municipalities,
panchayats, and the general public in managing traffic efficiently in the city’s bustling environment. We
