Abstract

This document explains the design of modern lounge for a lot of users. A focus is on creating
comfortable and attractive environment. By combining design ideas with practical tips, this
assignment gives a clear guide to making great lounge spaces. The results offer innovative
solutions to common design problems, making the lounge more enjoyable and encouraging people
to interact.

Introduction

Lounge cafes are innovative spaces that seamlessly blend the relaxed vibe of a lounge with the
diverse offerings of a cafe. Designed to provide a comfortable and inviting environment, these
establishments are perfect for unwinding, socializing, or getting some work done. Whether you're
looking for a cozy corner to enjoy a cup of coffee or a vibrant spot for casual meetings, lounge
cafes offer the best of both worlds.

Combining the best elements of a lounge and a cafe, lounge cafes have become popular
destinations for those seeking a comfortable and versatile environment. These spaces are
thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of needs, from casual hangouts to productive work
sessions. With their cozy seating, ambient lighting, and diverse menu, lounge cafes provide an
ideal setting for relaxation and socialization.

Background history of lounge

The origin of the practice of lounging can be identified as ancient civilizations such as Egypt and
Greece. In these cultures, long chairs or couches were used for reclining and social interaction.

There are a lot of types of lounges, each designed for different purposes and settings. Here are
some common types:

Outdoor lounges are designed to provide comfort and relaxation in outdoor settings such as
gardens, patios, balconies, and poolside areas.
Arrange your furniture to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Consider the flow of movement and ensure there is enough space for

As an architecture student I can see the layout of an


airport lounge is crucial for creating a sense of privacy
and comfort. Lounges often use partitions, varied
seating arrangements, and designated zones to give
service to unique needs.

Benefit of using airport lounge


It will give you peaceful treatment due to busy airport terminals. You will be time efficient and
productive because there will be Wi-Fi and workspace to do your business also you will be
refreshed because there will be a napping space.

VIP lounge
VIP lounge refers to a specific area in an airport or other public place that is meant to give famous
people, business leaders, and other important people a more private and fancier place to stay.

Features of VIP lounge


Entries are more restricted for peoples who are not VIP
members so that it is more comfortable for celebrities,
politicians, presidents, and people with business class and
more.
The design of VIP lounges often features high-quality
materials, elegant decor, and a sophisticated ambiance to
reflect the exclusivity of the space.

Sport lounge
Sports lounges are a special kind of bar or restaurant that serves sports fans by giving them a lively

and it is a darker place with modern architecture it is also
stylish. They have a lot of cocktails with a lot of flavors

It is place where arabica coffee were sold and arabica coffee is


Ethiopian coffee which grows in the most western part and
south. ( social studies grade 7) The café is in Nepal. Olla lounge
is known for its unique blend of industrial and rustic design
elements.

The lounge features exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and metal fixtures, creating a warm and
inviting atmosphere. The use of natural materials and earthy tones gives the space a cozy, homely
feel, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends over a cup of coffee. Also, it has some
interesting architectural features like. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the
space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The cafe has an open floor plan, which encourages social interaction and makes it easy for
customers to move around. Indoor plants are strategically placed throughout the cafe,
adding a touch of nature, and improving air quality. A mix of seating options, including
cozy armchairs, communal tables, and bar stools, ensures that everyone can find a
comfortable spot. Thoughtful acoustic design helps to minimize noise, making it a pleasant

Olla Cafe can serve a variety of coffee brands. The


utilization of circular arches to separate the indoor
dining area represents a novel approach from a
construction perspective. There was a provision for a
newspaper and magazine desk. Perfect landscaping was
maintained outside the café area, which included part of
the indoor dining space. The artificial lighting was
utilized effectively.
